The Historic Fourth Ward Park is owned by the City of Atlanta. The Conservancy has been invited to participate in a stakeholder capacity on the design of the Park. All design and construction related activities are the responsibility of Atlanta Beltline Inc. and the City of Atlanta. The City of Atlanta is responsible for the operation, maintenance and security of this Park.
